Join us for the Senior Health & Wellness Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Rowlett Community Centre! This free event, hosted by the Senior Advisory Board, is a great opportunity to connect with local health and wellness resources while enjoying a fun and engaging morning.
Explore resources and vendors, receive free health screenings including flu shots, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, and learn about programs and services available to support healthy living.
Visitors are also invited to watch or join a Fitness Fun class at 9:45 a.m. and Chair Volleyball at 10:45 a.m.
Enjoy refreshments and samples from Chick-fil-A and Ephesus Bistro & Grill, and don't miss your chance to win door prizes throughout the event.
