About this Event

Leading on AI strategy, for non-technical CXOs is now expected. We’ll show you what you need to know, and critically, where to seek discreet, trusted and always-on support to fill the gaps, without going to the costly traditional consultancies.

Outcome: In partnership, DWF (https://dwfgroup.com/en), Bailey Fisher (https://www.baileyfisher.com/) and The AI Factory (https://www.theaifactory.tech/) are discussing a practical solution for learning the skills and gaining the knowledge you need to drive AI adoption in your business.

Why now: There are unlimited opportunities with AI, but it has to be commercially-focused and NOT technically driven. Many businesses are failing with AI adoption; an MIT study showed 42% of companies abandoning at least one AI initiative in 2025, and according to Pertama Partners, only 5% of pilots scale to production.

As a senior leader, your job is to ensure the guardrails of strategy; governance, risk and compliance, to stop the poor rate of failure for AI-related projects.

Many training courses are aimed at technical implementation, this event focuses on how to be an AI leader from a non-technical perspective.

Attendees will leave with:

  • Clear set of ‘must haves’ that any senior leader must have for AI adoption; based around core personal AI confidence, governance, risk, compliance, legal and recruitment
  • An introduction to coaching as a way of filling in the knowledge-gaps
  • A view on what the first hire looks like for a business aiming to implement AI adoption

This is an invite-only session, with three partners explaining strategic AI adoption, NOT technology and platforms. There will be a short talk to explain the ‘must have’ skills, a Q&A and an opportunity to engage with coaches / consultants in AI adoption.

We’re talking AI-powered business, NOT technology.
