Join us at Heart Song for our upcoming Senior Health Fair, a free community event bringing together older adults, caregivers, families, and local organizations to connect with resources that support healthy aging and overall well-being.

📍 Heart Song 2700 Journey Lane, Burlington, Iowa
Attendees can visit with local organizations, learn about services and resources available in our community, get a wellness check, and enjoy brunch-style refreshments and coffee throughout the morning.
Interested in being a vendor or sponsor?
Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate! Vendors are encouraged to share educational materials, demonstrations, giveaways, screenings, and other helpful resources for seniors and their families.

Silver Sponsor – $200
Bronze Sponsor – $100
Single Vendor Table – $30
Sponsor registration is due August 28.
