All Bowlers making the Cuts will earn CASH!

1. The Name & Date of the event that you are Registering for
2. FULL NAME of all bowlers
3. USBC#'S FOR EACH BOWLER (if DO NOT have a USBC# but are bowling in any UNSANCTIONED, ORGANIZED Leagues, I will need a pic of the latest LEAGUE STANDING SHEET).
**I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-RATE ANY BOWLER**
I will use a TOURNAMENT AVERAGE (TA) for ALL of my Handicap Events which is based off of a minimum of 10 Ten Pin scores. It will fluctuate up or down based on additional scores rolled. There is a 10 PIN DROP RULE: If a bowlers TA is 10 PINS or more LOWER than their highest League Avg, I will deduct 10 pins from the highest League Avg to use in my event. If a bowler DOES NOT have a TOURNAMENT AVERAGE, I will use the following order guidelines to determine their average:
1.) Highest 2025/26 Avg of 21 or more games.
2.) 2024/25 Highest Standard Average of 21 or more games.
3.) If none of the above, Bowler will be assigned a Scratch Average of 230.
FORMAT:
***Bowl 4 games, moving pairs after each game, then Cut to the top 50% (Pinfall DOES NOT carry over).
***ELIM ROUND #1 - Bowl 1 game, 50% (Pinfall DOES NOT carry over).
***ELIM ROUND #2 - Bowl 1 game, 50% (Pinfall DOES NOT carry over).
***FINAL Round - Bowl 1 Game to determine the FINAL STANDINGS
