Join us for a free cooking & nutrition class in partnership with the Sustainable Food Center! Classes meet in-person once a week for 6 weeks. Each class includes a nutrition lesson and healthy recipe demo. You will receive groceries to prepare recipes at home. Participants must register for the entire 6-week class series. Recommended for ages 50+, but all are welcome.
