- Be Confident in the Sea
- Tread Water for 1 Minute
- Run 200m
You will be..
- In the pool and sea everyday
- Learning about lifesaving skills, the tides and hazards of the pool and ocean
- Performing first aid and CPR skills
- Playing team games
- Working towards your RLSS awards
