Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to stay active, but concerned about your movement, or are you looking to play a sport that is low-impact on the body?
Our adaptive pickleball session is specifically designed to welcome and empower players who would love to play pickleball but may experience challenges with movement or conditions.
We adjust / adapt the standard pickleball rules to suit the players to make the game accessible to all with such changes like two bounces, no lobs and even shortening start positions.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of pickleball.
