EBALDC, Jordan Real Estate Investments, and The Unity Council are excited to gather with our partners and community stakeholders to celebrate the Grand Opening of Sen Lake (formerly East 12th Street)!

Sen Lake is a 100% affordable and transit-oriented development, bringing 91 units of housing to the Eastlake neighborhood near Lake Merritt in Oakland. Sen Lake offers 67 permanently affordable homes to households earning between 30-60% of the area's median income, and 23 units of permanent supportive housing to homeless or formerly-homeless households. Please join us in celebrating this momentous occasion, which has been over 12 years in the making!
