A relaxed and inclusive family swim session designed for children with additional needs and their families. With warm water, reduced numbers, and no lanes or pressure, families can enjoy the pool at their own pace while building confidence, having fun, and spending quality time together.

Did you know that if your child has swimming lessons with us, they can swim for FREE during our public swimming sessions at any of our venues?
Children under 5 years old can also swim for FREE, regardless of whether they have lessons or not.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
