SEMO Alternative Fuel and Infrastructure Collaboration
About this Event
Join the Southeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission (SEMORPC) and the Eastern Missouri Alliance for Clean Transportation (EM-ACT) for the SEMO Alternative Fuel and Infrastructure Collaboration meeting. THis session is dedicated to advancing clean transportation across our region. This event features a deep dive into suitable alternative fuel technologies—including electric, propane, compressed natural gas (CNG), biodiesel, and hydrogen—tailored specifically for municipal fleets, school buses, public transit, and heavy equipment. Attendees will gain valuable insights into federal, state, and regional grant programs, tax credits, and other rebates available for vehicle and infrastructure costs. You will also hear real-world experiences and performance data shared directly by regional fleet operators and municipal leaders who have successfully deployed clean vehicles. Finally, we will host an interactive collaborative roundtable to address local challenges for adoption.
