AlphaLISA Surefire assays quantify phosphorylated and total protein in cell lines, primary cells, tumor/tissue lysates and blood/serum. Revvity in collaboration with TGR Biosciences have developed hundreds of kits since 2014 to examine pathway activation and inhibition in response to small molecules/biologics, or to measure total protein levels in response to degraders/glues. The platform can be used in small-scale research or high-throughput screening, providing a simple, sensitive immunoassay platform.
