Selecting a Theater

• Finding a venue that fits the show’s size, location, and atmosphere.
• Negotiating licensing agreements.

Building the Creative Team

• Director and Choreographer – Overseeing the vision of the production, with a choreographer if movement or dance is involved.
• Designers – Assembling a set designer, costume designer, lighting designer, sound designer, and other technical experts.
• Casting Director – Facilitating auditions and casting the right actors.
• Music Director (if applicable) – Handling arrangement, rehearsals, and music direction for musicals.
