January 18: Gelin Kavağı Waterfall and Tahini Mill Visit
We start with a visit to the Gelin Kavağı Waterfall and the traditional tahini mill. Along the way, we take a photo break at Köprülü Canyon's historic Oluk Bridge and Köprüçay water sources. At the tahini mill, you can observe the traditional tahini preparation process and purchase fresh tahini and sesame.
A short walk leads us to the Gelin Kavağı Waterfall, a hidden natural gem. Surrounded by lush greenery and the peaceful sound of flowing water, this is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.
Accommodation: Erdinç Guesthouse
Located in the tranquil village of Çaltepe, within the borders of Köprülü Canyon National Park, this charming guesthouse offers cozy accommodation. Dinner is served in the second-floor stone building, complete with a fireplace and a relaxing atmosphere.
January 19: Kestanelik - Delisarnıç Trek
We will hike approximately 7 km along a scenic trail on St. Paul’s Way, passing through the unique conglomerate rock formations known as Adam Kayalar and surrounded by chestnut trees. Those who prefer a lighter trek can enjoy photography and leisure time.
After a day full of exploration, we depart for home with beautiful memories of this nature retreat.

Departure:
Mahmutlar departure at 08:00 from the main road. Pick-up times will be communicated based on the boarding point.
