You are your best resource! Trusting yourself means you are aligned with your personal values and beliefs, building confidence and fostering resilience. However, we lose confidence and doubt our abilities and decisions when faced with many challenges and numerous negative opinions.

Join us to explore vital building blocks like:

Recovering from mistakes
Building healthy support networks
Assessing risks
Recognizing how we already are our own heroes

WHEN: March 17th, 2025 to April 28th, 2025 (6 sessions incl. mid-term break on 21/04/25)

TIME: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

WHO: Islington residents only. Priority will be given to new applicants!
