Get ready to learn about hands on healing with reiki! Holly will be teaching the basics of feeling energy, the energy centers in the body, and the hand placements used for reiki on the self. ​Reiki is a non-invasive healing therapy and is based on the belief; there is life force energy flowing through the body. This can be used on yourself, pets, and all around energy!Bring note taking tools and an open mind. A handout will be provided.
