Looking to prepare for a birth experience without an epidural? Join us for a supportive, hands-on class designed to equip you with practical tools and confidence for an unmedicated birth.
What to Expect:
- Learn evidence-based strategies for managing labor naturally
- Practice breathing techniques, positioning, and relaxation methods
- Engage in hands-on partner support exercises
- Experience calming, guided meditation tracks
- Take a guided tour of our birthing suites
Details:
When: All classes are held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: 2 Tower Library (across from Room 222)
*Enter through the Childbirth Entrance on Spring Street
Cost: Free to attend
Refreshments will be provided.
