Created to fulfill the need to slow down, pause and reflect upon our inner knowing. We gather for a short greeting, breath work and meditation. Followed by quiet time to write and reflect. There will be an optional time to share without any need for comment, fixing or changing. Together we create a space for self expression without judgement or expectation. This fellowship is:
A quiet time for self reflection in a non judgmental space.
Appropriate for anyone willing to deepen their listening and journaling skills.
A good way to see ourselves in others.
About being a better person in our relationship to ourselves and the world around us.
A place to be witnessed in our growth.
A place to reflect and move thoughts to paper to find our own personal truth.
This group is NOT:
A place for critique of ideas or a group to fix grammar.
About being a better writer or polishing your work.
A space to fix or change anyone except our selves.
