Self-Publishing Webinar: The Indie Author Project and Biblioboard

Join Roy Serrao, Senior Library Consultant at Lyrasis, to learn about the self-publishing tools that are offered by your Garfield County Libraries. On Thursday, Nov. 12 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library we’ll review the Indie Author Project, which allows writers to upload their eBooks to the library for statewide discoverability and potential royalty payments. We’ll also go over the Pressbooks tools available to you which allows authors to create their own fully formatted ebook files, free of charge. Attend in person, or to join remotely you can RSVP by emailing [email protected] and [email protected] by November 8 for a meeting invitation. This event is free as part of the GarCoWriMo series at the Garfield County Libraries. For more information visit www.gcpld.org/GarCoWriMo or call the Glenwood Springs Branch Library at 970-945-5958.
