In this four-hour training workshop, you’ll learn practical, effective techniques for using everyday household items as improvised weapons to protect yourself and your family. From there, we’ll take your training even further with proven drills and strategies for weapon disarms and retention. This workshop will equip you with the tools to enhance your self-protection skills, foster unshakable confidence, and prepare you to defend what matters most: yourself and your loved ones.

Instructor Guro Larry St. Clair has been training and teaching martial arts, combatives, and fitness for over 38 years and holds ranks from multiple instructors in Bruce Lee's art of Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Savate, MMA, and BJJ. In addition to owning and operating training facilities with up to 275 students, he has coached and personally won world titles in competitions. His specialties include fitness and performance training, nutrition coaching, self-defense, and edge weapon defense. Students and organizations seek out Guro Larry because of his unique teaching style that works toward each person's abilities and goals. Guro Larry owns and operates Martial Way Legacy in Austin, Texas, and travels the world sharing his passion for martial arts and self-defense with the Martial Arts Research Systems (MARS). He is also the Director of Education at Core Concept Coaching, producing numerous online training for fitness, martial arts, and self-protection, and a veteran instructor for A Girl and A Gun National Shooting Organization.
