Sudden violence is likely to be life-changing if not life-ending. The principles and skills in Self-Protection are universal and are easy to learn, practice and retain - they must be in order to be effective.
You will leave safer and more knowledgeable in knowing how to protect yourself and your loved ones – guaranteed!
No prior training required.
Course Content...
- Introduction : Crime, Violence and the Law
- Awareness : Self, Contextual and Situational
- Verbal Abuse : Non-violent protective posture, de-escalation and intimidation
- Pre-emptive action : Action triggers, defence positions and strikes
- Fear, Resilience and Courage : Managing fear and building resilience.
- Sudden Physical Attack : Startle flinch, empty hands, bladed attack, impact weapon, ground defence
- Aftermath Management : Situational control, Self-management and Agencies
- Self-Protection Directive
This foundation course is reduced from £50 to £35 per person.
