Yoga & Cacao Ceremony Open for singles, couples, everyone. Let’s tune into the vibration of love along with the rest of the world on Valentine’s Day. WHAT TO EXPECT!
We will be sitting with Grandmother Cacao to help us connect with our heart center and open up to ourselves on a deeper level.
Then we will be guided through an all-levels yoga flow exploring self-care and self-compassion
The ceremony will be ended with a sound healing meditation.
