Take a break from your busy life and indulge in practices that will nourish your body, mind, and soul. Our day’s activities and ‘not doing’ will illuminate your interior spaces, for better self understanding and care.

We culminate the day with a magical bowl sound bath during restorative yoga and deep guided relaxation.
There will be free time at lunch to mindfully wander the grounds, explore, observe, experience, read or journal.
Suggested Itinerary:
9:30 Gather in studio
10 Fire ceremony
10:30-11:30 Gentle Hatha Yoga
11:30-12:30 Vegetarian lunch
1-2 Mindfulness meditation workshop
3pm Movement break, read, relax on the porch, deck or enjoy silence
4:30 Restorative yoga and sound bath
Enjoy the space and depart at your leisure
