Join Jordan for an hour long evening of Self-Love Yin Yoga. You can expect to practice heart-openers guaranteed to release emotions off of the heart that induce stress. As we release emotions that may linger on the heart: sadness, grief, anxieties, overwhelm, baggage—we can make room for confidence, gratitude, joy, abundance, and the tools to move forward with absolute love—for ourselves and for others.
Yin Yoga focuses on poses held for long periods of time. Each pose is meant to increase joint mobility, ensure better sleep, calm your nervous system, aid your lymphatic system, and more! This practice will focus on many front-body openers to work with opening the Heart Chakra.
