Info: Arrive 15 minutes early to find your spot and get settled. Event starts promptly at 6 pm and doors will be locked. Wear comfortable clothing that expresses the authentic you (goddess, inner child, sprite--whatever brings you joy!). Bring a mat, blanket, pillow and anything you need to be comfortable for an hour-long meditation. The second hour will be self-expression to a curated song list that will guide you through a journey of self-discovery and spiritual connection. Leave with an elevated vibration and a refreshed and enlivened soul!
