Self-love isn’t just bubble baths and affirmations; it isn’t something you feel once and lose. It’s something you practice. It’s listening, it’s resting, it’s choosing yourself... Over and over again. Join us the day after Valentine’s, we will explore self-love as a nervous system safety, emotional honesty, boundaries, and daily devotion to self.
All held in nature, with sound, stillness, and space to breathe, as we gather in the forest for a deeply grounding sound bath and self-love mini-workshop rooted in real life, not perfection.
Come as you are. The earth will hold you.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing
Mat, blankets for comfort if it's cold. Open Mind, Your beautiful presence, and Water!
