What is a sound bath?A sound bath is a combination of healing frequencies. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position. We provide mats and blankets for you to lay down on, as you immerse yourself into the healing sounds.
During the sound bath you will lay quietly as the facilitator playing singing bowls, drums and chimes in front of the class. Then she will walk around to each person will different sound tapping into your chakras providing whatever specific frequency your body needs to help align and balance your chakras.
Why get a sound bath?
As the sound vibrations open, clear, and balance their chakras and release blocked energy, some patients experience deep healing during sound therapy. It makes you feel refreshed and balanced.
