Cozy up in candle light and enjoy a 45 minute long sound bath by Lunar Peacock Energy Work. This month our theme is self love, and those who are interested can partake in the cacao ceremony prior to our sound bath to help open the heart chakra. I encourage attendees to bring a journal to write in before and after so you can reflect later and if you want to partake in cacao it is important you bring a mug and RSVP. Let Patience the gong put you in a deep relaxed state, while the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes lull you into meditation. If you're an experienced meditator, you may find it easy to channel and astro travel. Come to the sound bath with intent and see where the sound bath takes you. You should also bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lay on & a small pillow if you have them, a bottle of water, and a journal for anything that come through that you want to write down. Dress in comfy clothing, pjs encouraged, and prepare to purge what no longer serves you. All my sound baths are pay what you can donation, with a suggested amount of $35
