Self-Love Sound Bath

Join me for the first Sound Bath in our new studio space!

Step into a space of deep connection and self-compassion with our Self-Love Sound Healing Journey. This immersive experience is designed to help you release self-doubt, quiet the mind, and open your heart to unconditional love—starting with yourself. Through reflective journaling, a guided meditation, and the soothing vibrations, you’ll embark on a journey of relaxation, healing, and inner empowerment. Option to enjoy our "gratitude flow" yoga class from 4-5pm before this event begins.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Using a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including gong, crystal singing bowls, hand drum, shruti box, voice, chimes, harp, singing and more, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and reset. As the Sound Healing Ceremony comes to a close, attendees are encouraged to share their experience or sit with themselves. Offering a time for deep reflection and manifestation before making your way home for the evening.

Please arrive no later than 5:00pm ; Sound Healing Ceremony will begin at 5:15pm.

PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO PARK AND GET CHECKED IN.

WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING:

Please come wearing something comfortable to relax in. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, & anything else you may need to be comfortable. (i.e Eye Mask, Socks, Bolster)
