Self-Love Sound Bath at CVDA

90 minute sound bath and meditation
Light snacks and bevs to follow.

“Relax, reset, and realign yourself with a fully immersive sound bath experience. During a sound session, there is nothing required of you other than to show up and fully relax, allowing the sounds and frequencies to do their work.”
The event will start with meditation and mild breathwork, allowing everyone to get connected to their bodies, grounded and present in the moment focusing on gratitude. After the meditation, we will have everyone lay down and enjoy rejuvenation and relaxation of the sound bath.
