A super cozy, laid back night for the girls. 💁🏻♀️ Come hang, connect, vent, laugh, share, listen, pull some cards, and just exist together for a little while. No pressure to be super spiritual or have anything figured out - this is just about community, support, and being human together.
Amanda will start and end with a gentle somatic meditation to help everyone settle into their bodies and slow the nervous system down a bit. In between, we’ll chat, connect, share stories if you want to, and hold space for each other in a really relaxed, judgment-free way.
Think comfy clothes, floor pillows, mood lighting, good energy, deep conversations, random tangents, maybe a few tears, definitely some laughs. Just good people and good vibes. ✨
Bring water, a journal if you wish, and whatever helps you feel cozy (blankets, pillows).
