She podiumed at HYROX and at Battle Bunker, and Boston qualified her first marathon and has modeled for brands including Adidas, Everlast, and Technogym.

Kailey McCrudden - professional dancer turned fitness professional kailey is a NASM CPT, pre and post natal specialist and women's coaching specialist and founder of ass class.

Devan Hawkins - mental health professional with 7+ years of experience supporting youth and adults with complex mental health needs. they bring a holistic, community-rooted approach shaped by their Alaskan upbringing

Malcolm Variano - LMSW (he/him) is a licensed social worker and eating disorder therapist based in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and running in Central Park.
