Show yourself some LOVE relaxing in the warm sauna after class. Saunas support muscle recovery and help relieve stress. Sauna sessions provide quiet reflection or connection with the LCY Community!

Sauna sessions are 25 minutes (you don't have to stay in the sauna the whole time) and limited to 6 yogis per session. Registration is for the sauna session only. Yoga class registration is separate. If you would like to attend a yoga class before your sauna session, please make sure to register under the class schedule tab.
