Join me, @laurasylv a self-love & empowerment coach for a cosy, fun-filled Friday evening of self-love, reflection and creativity at Craft & Common in Lancaster.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation and journaling to help you reconnect with yourself and set intentions for the woman you’re becoming.

You’ll then have the chance to paint your own mug or bowl as a daily reminder to fill your own cup first.
