This February, join us at Marietta Perks for a heart-centered creative journaling workshop designed to help you explore self-love, gratitude, and meaningful intentions.

In this cozy and supportive gathering, we’ll guide you through the art of creating a "love letter to the self" using visual journaling and creative prompts. This event is perfect for anyone ready to embrace their dreams, honor their journey, and connect with a like-minded community.

With the guidance of Mindfulness Coach & Art Therapy Practioner Katrina Tschirhart, you’ll discover tools like mindfulness, meditation, and process art to silence self-doubt, overcome fear, and reconnect with your inner self. Through journaling and creative expression, you'll craft pages that celebrate your individuality, reflect your aspirations, and set the tone for a year of self-love and empowerment.

To fully immerse yourself in this experience, we recommend:

• A blank journal or sketchbook (spiral-bound options from stores like Five Below work wonderfully).
• Your favorite art supplies (stickers, markers, stamps, photos, washi tape, magazine clippings, etc.). We’ll also provide basic materials, but feel free to bring tools that inspire you.
• A willingness to explore, create, and celebrate yourself!

1. A Love Letter to Me: Craft a heartfelt letter honoring your strengths, resilience, and unique beauty.
2. Gratitude in Bloom: Use words and visuals to celebrate what you’re most thankful for in your life right now.

4. Your Ideal Self-Care Day: Visualize and design the ultimate day dedicated to nurturing yourself.
