Self-Love: Inner Wellness Exploration

Join us in person for an opportunity to slow down, laugh freely, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself again.

As the saying goes: 'Life be Life-ing.' While life continues to do its thing, we have to be intentional about taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves, and reconnecting with ourselves. This wellness gathering is all about discovering ways to nurture yourself, learning ways to cultivate joy in your daily life, and allowing yourself to recharge. Expect good vibes, heartfelt conversations and reflection, laughter yoga exercises, forest bathing, and mindful walking through the tree tops trails that make your soul smile. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

We will have light refreshments available throughout the gathering and will be serving lunch. Feel free to also bring a refillable water bottle and any personal snacks that you like.

For those interested, we will be raffling off wellness prizes starting at $5/ticket. Either way, everyone can feel like a winner as all will be gifted with a wellness treat.
