Join us on the first Wednesday of every month at Lovella Wellness for a restorative cleansing session designed to clear away negativity, nurture your spirit, and set the tone for the month ahead.
Each session features a unique blend of practices like energy clearing, herbal rituals, or sound healing, all aimed at helping you feel refreshed, balanced, and connected to yourself.
What to Bring: A mat (if you have one), blanket (or anything else to make you feel more comfy), and an open heart.
