Self Love Club is a welcoming space for ages 16 and older to explore growth, healing, and mental wellness in community. This group is built on honesty, encouragement, and the belief that you are worthy of care, especially from yourself.
Together, we create space to talk about real-life challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, and the pressures that can feel overwhelming. Led by compassionate facilitators with lived experience, conversations are grounded in understanding, relatability, and hope.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to show up.
You just have to be willing to come as you are.
When: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM
Where: 11824 Main St, Roscoe, IL 61073
Who: Ages 16+
