Info: Katalyst invites you to begin your weekend off on a high vibrational feel by participating in a full body, high energy workout every Saturday morning from 7:45-8:45am.* This will be a special “private” Superb Saturday workout. **Clients that have existing packages will not be able to book this session, and clients that usually do a drop in on Saturday will be unable to book UNLESS they are apart of this girls day event.**

Our Superb Saturday session is a great option to add in to your routine. Although there is a larger group that attends this session specifically. Please do not let this deter you from signing up!
