Self Love Ceremony!

We’ll begin by opening the space with cacao and intention, followed by a Kundalini kriya focused on heart-opening and self-love. From there, we’ll move into a guided Ho‘oponopono meditation, a sacred Hawaiian practice centered on forgiveness, reconciliation, and inner peace.

The evening will close with light journaling, integration, and an optional offering of hapé for grounding and clarity.

All practices are invitational and accessible to all levels. Come exactly as you are.
