This is a slow, nourishing session created for anyone who needs a pause.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you drop out of the busyness of the week and gently arrive in your body. From there, the morning unfolds at an unhurried pace, with space to breathe, reflect and simply be.
You’ll be supported with guided journalling prompts, but there’s no pressure to share or “do it right”. This is about listening inwardly, noticing what you need, and offering yourself care in a way that feels honest and kind.
Self-care isn’t always bubble baths and early nights, although those matter too. Sometimes it’s about tending to deeper needs.
Learning to set boundaries.
Holding yourself through grief or difficult seasons.
Making space for feelings you’ve been carrying quietly.
This session may feel supportive if you’re feeling vulnerable, moving through grief, overwhelmed by life, or simply craving time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Everything will be gentle, grounding and sensory. Soft lighting, calming guidance, and permission to move at your own pace.
Please bring a journal and a pen.
