I'm sure you've noticed that it's not so easy to change habits, beliefs and behaviors but you may not know why. Habits, beliefs and behaviors are part of your subconscious mind and the subconscious mind is 88% of your mind power and the most powerful part of your brain doesn't want you to change. It's very hard to make changes on a conscious level because the subconscious (that wants you to stay the same) will flood you with resistance. So one of the most effective ways to make these changes is by using hypnosis. In a relaxed state of hypnosis, you can communicate with the subconscious mind and when you get that part of your mind on board, there's no longer resistance, and change happens. Most people don't realize that you can hypnotize yourself. We actually do it all the time and don't realize it but in this 1 hour workshop, I'll teach you a very powerful self hypnosis technique that you can use on your own whenever you want.
