About this Event
The person we often find hardest to forgive is ourselves. While we may be willing to forgive others, we can end up ruminating over past actions, decisions, and relationships, and blaming ourselves for outcomes that may not be fully our responsibility.
This workshop will explore self-blame, emotional awareness, and self-forgiveness through reflective activities. Participants will be invited to understand their feelings, explore patterns of self-criticism, and consider ways to gently release self-blame.
Come prepared for self-reflective exercises that explore resistance to self-forgiveness and support moving toward greater self-compassion and emotional balance.
