Self-Expression and Men's Mental Health @ JC Raulston Arboretum

A monthly men's Art group designed to create a safe space for men to explore their creativity and navigate their mental health journey.

All attendees will be able to explore a range of art materials, creating and socializing at their own pace while taking this creative approach to improving their mental health.

The group is facilitated by Jessie Hoffstetter, an Art Therapy student intern, and supervised by Erin Bircher of Foundations 4 Change.

Please keep in mind that parking at this location can be a challenge.

I will schedule future monthly events at different breweries, including Vicious Fishes, Bond Brothers, KoMANA, etc. Suggestions are welcome. More details to come. Be sure to follow for updates.
