Self-esteem art workshop at Pause

Welcome to the Pause Self Esteem Art Workshop! Join us on Sat Jun 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at Pause's Digbeth Hub for a fun and creative workshop. Develop your self-esteem through art by designing your own trading card. The session will start off with an icebreaker or introduction to a new mindfulness skill such as grounding/calm breathing. You will then be encouraged to let your creativity flow and use inspiration from themes such as Pokémon to design your trading card. You will then be able to take away your trading card and use it to give you some motivation after being reminded of your key skills and talents! No artistic experience needed, just come ready to have a good time! See you there!

Due to health and safety, a parent/carer must be present in the space - a separate area will be available, and parents/carers are also welcome to join in with the fun!

Please note that to take part in the workshops, children attending need to be registered with a Birmingham GP.
