Defense moves and counter resistance.
We will talk about strategies when confronted, grabbed, choked, or car jacked….
Defense moves to help contain and use the panic and adrenaline time to react smartly.
To become aware of who or what is around for help or protection.
Taught by a retired Military Special Ops Marine
And current police officer.
