Join us for a self-defense workshop on Saturday, August 23, 10am-12:00pm. We'll be learning strikes and takedowns, practicing power of techniques, and applying them in an active situation. The cost is $25. Register at the studio or online. Ages 13 and up. No prior experience is required. This is open to the public including family members of current students!
