Michelle has been teaching Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and boxing classes since 2017. Michelle is passionate about challenging her students but has an even greater enthusiasm for the process of witnessing others push themselves in building their technique, confidence, and fighter mentality. Michelle strives to assist students in identifying strengths and areas of growth in a safe space. She has a passion for learning and teaching techniques that will be effective in real life situations. Michelle has dedicated her professional life to assisting others in empowerment and resilience. In the gym, she is dedicated to improving resiliency and empowerment in her students through martial arts and self-defense strategies.

Nicole's Krav journey began shortly after her move to Chicago to start her doctoral program in clinical psychology. Grad school could be a disempowering process at times and her clinical work began to wear on her. It was time to start focusing on her own self-care. "I soon found that I had never felt more empowered than when I was training". Her training experience at has provided Nicole with a newfound confidence and strength - both physically and emotionally. It wasn’t long before Krav Maga became a part of her regular self-care routine. In her clinical work Nicole focuses on helping her clients empower themselves in an often disempowering society. Now, as a Krav instructor, she strives to do the same for her students. Her hope is that everyone leaves her classes feeling stronger than they did before they walked in.
