Having turned professional in speed skating at the tender age of 13, Coach Lauren has competed in prestigious events such as the Speed Skating Tour de France, where she clinched victory and earned a gold medal in Cuba. However, she later hung up her skates to pursue her passion for Muay Thai, a decision rooted in her belief in the principles of respect and discipline fostered by combat sports.
With a formidable fight record of 8-1, including two TKOs and two championship belts, Coach Lauren brings a wealth of practical experience to her teaching. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her stable of seven fighters with winning records, as well as her rapidly expanding student base, which currently stands at 30 and continues to grow.
For the past decade, Coach Lauren has been imparting her knowledge and expertise to aspiring martial artists, instilling not only technical skills but also the importance of integrity, perseverance, and self-discipline. Under her guidance, students not only learn to defend themselves effectively but also develop the confidence and character necessary to succeed both inside and outside the gym.
