2-hour self-defense seminar held at the White House, TN Recreation Center located at 105A College St. White House, TN 37188.
All levels are welcome.
Participants will learn how to develop situational awareness, how to control the four ranges of a confrontation, offensive and defensive techniques for each range, how to control the three most important elements of a confrontation, and five offensive tools and 5 primary targets for self-defense.
The cost of this seminar is only $15 for White House residents and $27 for non-residents.
