Self Defense Level 1

Everyday our world feels a little more unsafe and we want everyone, including our children, to have the confidence of knowing how to be safe, how stay safe and how get safe. This class is for beginners. If you've taken our class before, we want you to return so you can practice your skills, encourage others and add a little more to the foundation of skills you've started.
